The Twenty Pearls Foundation launched the Blessings in a Backpack program in November 2011. In 2022, the current administration renamed it CHIPP (Childhood Hunger Initiative Power Pack).
Thank you, Assurant and Women at Assurant, for donating 2,000 hygiene kits for McNair Middle School and South Atlanta High School girls! The kits were filled with sanitary napkins, lotion, socks, washcloths and other essentials. Assurant’s CEO Keith Demmings and other amazing leaders joined TEO as we danced and packed for hours.
Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., is committed to ensuring the needs of the active members of the community. We will honor and pay tribute to their leadership and service by being of service to them.
These areas include education on technology, supporting engagement in meetings as well as ensuring they have important documents including wills, trust, and other advance directives.
- The Twenty Pearl Foundation, Inc. (TPF) added (1) new school Paul D West, Middle School to the food pantry program for a total of (8) CHIPP enrolled schools.
- The Twenty Pearly Foundation Inc. has (11) food pantries – An increase from 2022 to 2024.
