Youth Leadership Institute

The Twenty Pearls Foundation, Inc. in conjunction with the Tau Epsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated is pleased to provide the AKAdette Program for middle school girls in grades 5th, 6th, 7th and 8th in the East Point, College Park and South Fulton Areas.

The Twenty Pearls Foundation, in conjunction with Tau Epsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated is pleased to provide the P.A.C.E. Program (Post-Secondary Advancement College & Career Enrichment Program) for high school students in the East Point, College Park, and South Fulton communities.

High school students in the P.A.C.E. Program will have an opportunity to receive academic enrichment and/or life skills training to support their journey to college or vocational employment.

The P.A.C.E.  Program

The P.A.C.E. Program

Post-Secondary Advancement College & Career Enrichment Program for high school students.

P.A.C.E Program

The program is open to current ninth through twelfth grade female and male students who reside in College Park, East Point or the City of South Fulton. Full commitment to the P.A.C.E. Program includes attending monthly workshops and performing various community service projects. Participants in the program are eligible to attend overnight college tours, receive book scholarships and attend cultural events and outings with fellow participants. In order to be considered for the P.A.C.E. Program, applicants must meet the following requirements:

HBCU College Tour

High School students in the P.A.C.E. program are taken on an annual college tour to allow students to experience college life first hand. Students traveling on the tours get a taste of college life and also receive curriculum information, entrance requirements, financial aid and scholarship resources. The tours provide the students with the opportunity to speak directly with college admission officials and current college students.

Transportation is provided along with lodging and meals.


The average cost of the tour is $3000.00 per student
