The Robbie Clark Academic Scholarship award is based on evidence of a high school student's high academic achievement, good moral character, participation in extracurricular activities, the promise of successful matriculation in college, and future contributions to society. Students must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher or a letter grade point average of B or higher and must also plan to attend an accredited four year institution. The student must also be a resident of or attend school in College Park and East Point. Scholarship funds may be used for tuition, materials, fees, housing or books. The scholarship is named in honor of Robbie Clark, a charter member of the Tau Epsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. To apply for this scholarship, click the header above.

The Pauline Wright Scholarship for the Culinary Arts award is based on evidence of a student's high academic achievement, good moral character, and future contributions to society. Annually, scholarships are awarded to students currently enrolled in a culinary arts or hospitality degree program or students accepted into culinary arts or hospitality degree program with classes scheduled to begin no later than Fall 2025. Students must be a resident of Metropolitan Atlanta, with a preference towards permanent residents of College Park and East Point. Scholarship funds may be used for tuition, materials, fees, housing or books. Students must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher or a letter grade point average of B or higher. The scholarship is named in honor of Pauline Wright, a charter member of the Tau Epsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. To apply for this scholarship, click the header above.

The Dorothy S. Slones HBCU Scholarship award is based on a student's high academic achievement, good moral character, participation in extracurricular activities, and the prospect of future contributions to society. The Foundation provides scholarship awards to students who are permanent residents of Metro Atlanta, with a preference towards permanent residents of College Park and East Point. Students must be currently enrolled full-time at a historically black college or university (classified as a sophomore, junior, or senior in Fall 2025) and have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher or a letter grade point average of B or higher. Scholarship funds may be used for tuition, materials, fees, housing or books. The scholarship is named in honor of Dorothy S. The Jo Ann Waters Fuller Rising Star Scholarship award is based on evidence of a high school student's academic achievement, good moral character, participation in extracurricular activities, the promise of successful matriculation in college, and future contributions to society. Students must have a cumulative grade point average of 2.0-2.9 or a letter grade point average of C and must also plan to attend an accredited institution. They must also be a resident of Metropolitan Atlanta, with a preference towards permanent residents of College Park and East Point. Scholarship funds may be used for tuition, materials, fees, housing or books. The scholarship carries the name of Jo Ann Fuller, a current member of the Tau Epsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. To apply for this scholarship, click the header above.

The Thetus Knox Shero Scholarship award is based on evidence of academic and personal motivation, good character, and potential for successful matriculation at a historically black college or university. The Foundation provides a scholarship award to a female student who is a graduating high school senior accepted into a Criminal Justice or Forensic Science Program at an HBCU with classes scheduled to begin no later than fall 2025 or a female student currently enrolled in a Criminal Justice or Forensic Science Program at an HBCU or a female police officer going back to school to obtain her degree at an HBCU. Students must have a cumulative grade point average of 3.0 or higher or a letter grade point average of B or higher. They must also be a resident of Metropolitan Atlanta, with a preference towards permanent residents of College Park and East Point. Scholarship funds may be used for tuition, materials, fees, housing or books. The scholarship is named in honor of Thetus Knox, a member of the Tau Epsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. To apply for this scholarship, click the header above.

The Carol Sinclair Arts Scholarship award is based on evidence of academic and personal motivation, good character, and potential for successful matriculation at an accredited college or university. The Foundation provides a scholarship award to a student who is a permanent resident of Metro Atlanta, with a preference towards permanent residents of College Park and East Point. Students must be currently enrolled in an accredited Arts degree program at a four-year college or university (classified as a sophomore, junior, or senior in Fall 2025) majoring in the performing or visual arts and have a cumulative 2.5 GPA or higher. Scholarship funds may be used for tuition, materials, fees, housing or books. The scholarship is named in honor of Carol Regina Sinclair, a charter member of the Tau Epsilon Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc. 2025 Scholarship Application Checklist

The following items must be submitted to complete the application process:

  1. Complete the scholarship application in its entirety using the Google Form linked in the headers above. Do not leave any fields blank. You must complete the full application at once. You cannot save an incomplete application and return to it later.
  2. Submit a video, 2-3 minutes in length addressing the topic listed within the application. Please ensure the video attachment meets the content, length, and technical requirements outlined within the application.
  3. An unofficial transcript should be submitted as an attachment in the application.

The application and all supporting materials must be received by March 15, 2025. Incomplete or late applications will not be considered.
